We have known each other over a decade because I have a home in Caesarea and you are a local real estate agent.
Our past interactions were always pleasant and professional, so when it came time to focus on selling my home, you were the first and last agent I spoke with.
With the goal of selling during 2019, we teamed up together and got to work.
My existing tenant, although very cordial and cooperative, wasn’t too happy about the sale, but you successfully coordinated a number of tours for your buyers over the following months.
Once a viable buyer was located, before and during the contract draft until signing, you handled the negotiations extremely professionally. Always keeping the right distance between buyer and seller, yet facilitating progress. After many hours at the lawyer’s office, we finally signed the contract.
To this day, even after your professional obligations are completed you continue to remain at my service as needed.
