My wife Deborah and I have met Dror Kaminer, a real-estate specialist, around two weeks ago, following a recommendation by our son Mody Lempel. At the time we were exploring the possibility of buying a home in Caesarea in order to move and live there.
We’ve described to Dror, over the phone, the main parameters of a home that will meet our expectations. Within a day of our conversation, Dror invited us to come and see several relevant homes currently on sale.
We were amazed at how closely what we were shown met our expectations.
Over the span of a week we came over, from Haifa, two more times to see additional prospective homes. The multiple trips were required to accommodate the time constraints of the home owners.
During these guided tours we came to recognize Dror as a charming person and an accomplished professional: Courteous, wise, complete knowledge of the market, full understanding of our expectations, and unlimited patience in dealing with all our questions and requests.
In the end, while on the brink of starting negotiations on a charming home we liked very much, we’ve decided, for personal reasons, to put this project on hold.
Dror took this surprising decision as the true professional he is.
If and when we shall ever need the services of a real-estate agent again, it will be no other than Dror Kaminer.
