Real Estate – Caesarea
I am writing to compliment you on the superlative service I received from your real estate consultant, Dror Kaminer.
I met Dror in January 2011, when I came to explore Caesarea real estate on behalf of my client. I called him because I noticed he had several signs on properties. He responded immediately and came to meet us. I had not arranged anything in advance. I told him I was on a preliminary excursion and had simply been asked to see the area. I wanted to be clear that I was not intending to rent nor purchase anytime soon. Nonetheless, Dror proceeded to take us on a tour of Caesarea and showed us a few homes. He followed up both with e-mail of pictures and a telephone call. I contacted him periodically for further information. He has always been friendly, attentive, and professional in his responses. I visited Caesarea a few times during the year. Dror found time for me when I was here.
In the fall of 2011, I decided I would like to live here with my family. I came with my husband and children to look around. I came back with my cousin and son. I told Dror we were coming to rent from December 2011. I gave specific requirements, and asked to see as many properties as feasible in one day.
Dror prepared a comprehensive booklet, and took us to ten different properties. It was important to us to see much in one day, and several choices were interesting. All of the properties met my specific requirements. I enjoyed the day and chose a rental.
Dror assisted with communications with the owner and her lawyer. When we received the keys he was not done. He helped with meter readings and bill transfers. He provided numerous phone contacts for school, services, and a social life for my family.
After moving in we discovered several maintenance problems with the house. Dror has assisted us with the owner and trying to resolve the problems. He has continued to help us address these issues. We are grateful for his help.
