Pam and I wanted to warmly thank you for all your assistance in helping us find a new home in Caesarea.
Truthfully, considering the additional cost of retaining a real estate agent and the not-always-savory reputation of brokers in Israel, we had considerable trepidation about hiring an agent.
In retrospect, we feel thankful that we were fortunate enough to have connected with you.
From the get go you offered VIP treatment. Not only did you clearly have access to numerous properties, you appeared focused on our needs so that when we made the long trip to Ceasarea we were able to get a feeling for the community and mostly see properties that could have been options. Ultimately, thru you, we discovered a property that ticks off nearly all the boxes.
But, the difference between a mere broker and an agent resides in the level of ongoing support throughout negotiations, quickly obtaining an agreeable price, assisting with formalities like inspections and closing a mutually satisfactory deal.
The VIP treatment that you provided did not end once we signed the agreement. We are also thankful for the continued support after the deal was closed so that through you we were able to coordinate access to the property and could plan the renovation which would we like to complete before moving in.
Needless to say, should anyone ask, we found you to be a positive ambassador for your community and would highly recommend your services as a real estate agent.
