Dear Friends,

Let’s start at the end!!

Dror made it possible for us to make Aliyah. Yes, he was that instrumental.

We knew that owning a home we love would be an essential, if not critical, element of us deciding to stay in Israel and make Aliyah.

When we began our search for a home, we did so rather reluctantly and with much apprehension, as we had no faith we would find something.

It was Dror to the rescue from day one.

We quickly learned that Dror possesses a collection of top homes, matched only by his incredibly honest and simple attitude towards the process.

What truly blew us away was how accessible this man is. He made himself available to us daily- sometimes multiple times a day- for house tours, meetings, etc.

And through it all, he never (EVER) pressured us, even gently, towards buying this or buying that. He is just THERE, kind of presenting the facts for what they are; no more no less!!. No embellishments, no salesmanship, no BS.

We must have had him show us 20 houses.

When the right home was eventually found, THAT is when he turned into a deal-closing machine.  He jumped through hoops to make it happen, and it was only because of him that we were able to get a home that we truly love and never thought we’d be able to own.  We firmly believe it was all him.

We have purchased many homes in our life, and have never had the pleasure of working with such a kind, gentle, straightforward, likeable, and EFFECTIVE realtor.

If you ever want to speak in person about our experience with Dror, I have given him the ok to give my telephone number to anyone that is looking to hear it from us in person.

קודם כל רוצים להגיד לך תודה ענקית על העזרה ליווי ותמיכה במהלך קניית נכס.

בלעדיך לא היינו מצליחים.

אתה שינית אצלנו כל מה שקשור בדמות המתווך כי היית הרבה מעבר לכך!

לדרור חבר יקר מאד,

אנחנו מודים לך מאד על התמיכה, החיפוש, המאמץ, הכנות , המקצועיות, העידוד , הרצון למצוא לנו בית. חברות אמיתית נמדדת באמפתיה, בעזרה בעת הצורך, בלשמוח בשמחות, בלכאוב ולנחם ברגעים העצובים, ובכלל לתת ולקבל מתוך אהבה גרידא ומתוך כוונה טהורה. אז שמחנו…זכינו בחבר שכזה עם הרבה נתינה, אהבת עזרה לזולת, שמחת חיים וחברות אמיתית.

בית, כרגע לא מצאנו…אבל אנחנו מצאנו חבר אמיתי, חבר שאפשר לסמוך עליו, חבר שמכיל כל כך הרבה אהבה, שמחת חיים נתינה ורצון לעזור בכל עת לכולם.

We have known each other over a decade because I have a home in Caesarea and you are a local real estate agent.

Our past interactions were always pleasant and professional, so when it came time to focus on selling my home, you were the first and last agent I spoke with.

With the goal of selling during 2019, we teamed up together and got to work.

My existing tenant, although very cordial and cooperative, wasn’t too happy about the sale, but you successfully coordinated a number of tours for your buyers over the following months.

Once a viable buyer was located, before and during the contract draft until signing, you handled the negotiations extremely professionally.   Always keeping the right distance between buyer and seller, yet facilitating progress.  After many hours at the lawyer’s office, we finally signed the contract.

To this day, even after your professional obligations are completed you continue to remain at my service as needed.

מר קמינר הומלץ לנו כמתווך דירות מוכר בקיסריה. פנינו אליו דרך בתנו, נעמה אדלר בלו, תושבת קיסריה.

מהרגע הראשון פגשנו אדם חם וידידותי מעבר למה שמצופה ביחסים בין לקוח ונותן שירות.

דרור הצטיין מהרגע הראשון כאדם תכליתי ויעיל אשר הבין את צרכינו ויכולתינו ותוך ימים הציג לנו בית למכירה. אחרי שהשיג את כל הפרטים הדרושים לקידום העסקה, התברר שחריגות בנייה בבית זה לא קיבלו את אישור המהנדס של קיסריה, ונאלצנו לבטל את העסקה.

אולם דרור מצא תוך זמן קצר בית אחר שעמד למכירה- בעל תכנון ותכונות שהתאימו לנו יותר מהעסקה הקודמת. תחת פעילותו הנמרצת והמקצועית הוא ריכז את האישורים הדרושים והתכניות הנחוצות, אירגן פגישה בתל-אביב עם המוכרים להסכמה עקרונית ומאוחר יותר, בשעת חתימת העסקה הצליח להשיג הטבה נוספת במחיר.

התנסינו בחברות תיווך אחרות בירושלים, שם מכרנו את ביתנו, אולם לא ניתן להשוות את חריצותו ומקצועיותו של דרור לאף אחת מהחברות הנ”ל.
